To help its hotel portfolio return to profitability after the pandemic, French hotel and revenue management company Agence Creho partnered with Trinity Purchasing.
“We started by looking at the savings we could make from the collaboration on breakfast items, then we looked at room equipment and we went as far as laundries,” said Agence Creho director, Damien Gourribon. “What we can see, with six months behind us, is an overall savings of 12% – without compromising on quality.”

Agence Creho’s consultancy provides independent hotel owners and operators with a range of services, from managing their sales process and website to advising on room rates and now also improving purchasing. It supports about 60 hotels, many in Paris, and has plans to grow throughout France and beyond to other neighboring countries.
“We like to say that to make a profit, we have to satisfy three groups: the staff, the customers and the owner,” says Damien.
Creho manages every step for some of its hotel clients, from taking photos and designing a web presence to handling all elements of digital marketing. They divide the company’s services into three: revenue management, operations management and a cost management function, launched in partnership with Trinity Purchasing.

“We are increasing revenue and RevPar by an average of +30% compared to last year,” says Damien. “And thanks to our partnership with Trinity Purchasing, we can further increase profitability.”
